首先是HR電話聊了一下為什么想要跳槽，對(duì)職位薪資有什么期待，有沒有onq的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
然后約了FOM視頻遠(yuǎn)程面試。首先用英語(yǔ)自我介紹，然后提問了幾個(gè)職位要求的問題，還有情景處理，客訴解決方法等。
因?yàn)槭钱惖?，所以沒有和HM面試，入職后聽說同職級(jí)小伙伴們還都和HM面了一遍O(∩_∩)O哈哈~。

1.用英語(yǔ)做簡(jiǎn)單自我介紹。
