    2)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷,我的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷還比較契合,中間會(huì)穿插很多技術(shù)點(diǎn)問(wèn)題
    3)詳細(xì)聊職業(yè)規(guī)劃,和行業(yè)發(fā)展,這里就是自由交流,我覺(jué)得面試官很尊重人,聊的過(guò)程他們一直在點(diǎn)頭并且跟你交流
    4)關(guān)注我關(guān)于組織能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,讓我詳細(xì)講述項(xiàng)目和學(xué)生工作中我是怎么開(kāi)展工作體現(xiàn)組織能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的
    5)因?yàn)槲沂俏錆h的,問(wèn)我是否會(huì)去別的城市,父母是否會(huì)限制我生活的城市,如果offer我了,我一個(gè)人來(lái)到廈門會(huì)做什么

    1. Actively promote service portfolio in assigned market. Develop the relationship and business to realize the budget and targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue and GM) and to maximize profitable growth for ABB in service.
    2. Support other BU’s business ( e.g. Systems and Products via spare parts business).
    3. Promote service products & develop service market.
    4. Control the whole service sales and order handling processes to ensure compliance implementation.
    5. Implement company policies and processes regarding service sales and order handling.
    6. Build up and maintain good relationship with big/special customers to generate service need and ensure a long-term cooperation & potential business development.
    7. Promote service concept & develop potential customers.
    8. Internal & external communication
    9. Communicate internally and with external customers on new policies and strategies, coordinate among departments

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    1.. Bachelor degree or above, major of electrical and automation is preferable.
